Flex is a world-class bodybuilder and 7x Mr. Olympia 212 physique.

With idols like Tom Platz and Arnold Schwarzenegger, Flex was inspired to start bodybuilding at a young age, even going so far as to hide plastic weights under his bed and weight train secretly at night. Once he started becoming serious about his training, he progressed rapidly. At the 2014 Arnold Classic, he was the first man to be presented as the winner of the 212 class, which he went on to win 6 more times. Most people assume that Flex earned his nickname from lifting, but the moniker was given to the athlete at 6 years old as he proved to be very flexible to get out of rugby tackles. It seems only fitting that Flex was meant to be a bodybuilder.

As a natural athlete, Joe’s origins lie in football. He played at Georgia Tech, and had a brief professional career before signing with WWE in 2010. Joe made his main roster debut in 2012. Starting from a very early age, Jennifer was 16 when she began training, only 18 when she hit the competition stage, and had earned her Pro Card at the age of 20. Michael is a UFC professional fighter and 3x Mixed Martial Arts World Champion. 

Originally a wrestler, Chandler racked up 100 career wins while at the University of Missouri and was ranked among the top in the NCAA. Immediately following his wrestling career, Chandler trained in mixed martial arts and made the first professional MMA appearance with a first-round TKO victory. He never looked back. Michael’s multiple titles have earned him a spot in the top 10 lightweight world rankings and contributed to his nominations for “Fight of the Year” three different times. Becoming a free agent, Michael was signed by UFC in fall of 2020. Currently, Michael lives in Nashville with his wife and son while also running their gym, Training Camp.

Maddy is an internationally ranked powerlifter.

After years of battling disordered eating and mental illness, Maddy turned to powerlifting as her refuge. Originally beginning to get smaller, Maddy soon learned the physical and mental benefits of her sport and quickly fell in love. She now testifies about the life changing difference the barbell can make and coaches others in the sport. Before getting into training, Yarishna and her twin sister were professional salsa dancers and participated in Jennifer Lopez’ reality show “Q’Viva!
