BEST METHOD: SKILLET 

  1. Add meal to skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add 1-2 tsp water if needed for rice moisture.
  3. Heat 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Continue heating until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

QUICK METHOD: MICROWAVE

  1. Peel film slightly.
  2. Remove sauces if applicable.
  3. Heat 90 sec-2 min.
  4. Stir halfway through for even heating.
  5. Continue heating until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Pro Tip: Skillet heating gives better texture and prevents dry rice.

    This is probably my favorite meal offered by megafitmeals. That Thavage sauce mixed in with the ground bison and sweet potatoes is an excellent combination.
