Flex Lewis is a pro bodybuilder who currently holds the Olympia title as the best 212 physique in the world. Most people share the misconception that Flex’s nickname came from lifting. The fact is, the name “Flex” was given to him playing rugby because he was very flexible at getting out of tackles. Having had the moniker since he was 6 years old, it seemingly fit that Flex was meant to be a bodybuilder.
Flex has announced he is officially making his move up to the open division this year at the 2020 Olympia.
