Garlic Parm Chicken Wrap but make it high-protein + easy with MegaFit Protein Packsš®āš„
ā¬ļøINGREDIENTS:
1 lb megafit no sodium chicken breast
4 tbsp MF Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2/3 cups parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 tsp parsley, freshly chopped
2 cups romaine lettuce, diced
Salt and pepper
5 large tortillas wraps
1/2 cup onions , diced
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
ā¬ļøSAUCE:
Drizzle of oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 fresh red chili, seeded and minced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 tsp roasted garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
š„ How To Make It:
Season the Chicken
Since Iām using MegaFit No Sodium Chicken Breast (already fully cooked š), I just slice it into bite-sized pieces and toss it in a bowl with: Olive oil, Smoked paprika, Garlic powder, Black pepper, Fresh lemon juice,and chopped parsley. Mix everything together so the chicken is fully coated and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to soak up the flavor (no long marinating needed since itās already cooked).
SautƩ for Flavor
Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken in a single layer with some fresh minced garlic. Cook for about 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until itās heated through and slightly golden on the edges. Turn off the heat and toss with freshly grated Parmesan and extra parsley.
Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together: Mayo, Red chili flakes, Grated Parmesan, Minced garlic, Smoked paprika, Lemon juice, and Salt + pepper. Finish with chopped parsley and adjust seasoning to taste.
Toss the Salad
In a separate bowl, combine: Shredded lettuce, Olive oil, Lemon juice, Salt + pepper, and Freshly grated Parmesan.Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Build the Wraps
Layer on: The dressed lettuce, The warm chicken, Tomatoes, and Red onions. Spread a generous layer of the garlic Parmesan sauce over each tortilla. Add extra sauce if you love it saucy (I do š).Roll tightly into wraps. You can serve as-is or toast them seam-side down in a pan for a crispy finish.
