This is my favorite meal from MegaFit Meals! It’ a simple yet effective pre-workout meal that contains essential carbs and protein. The steak is moist and tender, and the potatoes are tasty! I microwave my MF meals, so the potatoes are not crisp; however, a microwave oven could provide crisp potatoes easily. Highly recommended!
