BEST METHOD: SKILLET
- Add meal to skillet over medium heat.
- Add 1-2 tsp water if needed for rice moisture.
- Heat 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Continue heating until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
QUICK METHOD: MICROWAVE
- Peel film slightly.
- Remove sauces if applicable.
- Heat 90 sec-2 min.
- Stir halfway through for even heating.
- Continue heating until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
