If your looking for an ideal post workout meal, this is it. Lean ground chicken, which does not get as dry as breasts,with white rice for the easy to digest carbs and some broccoli for the fiber. Throw the sauce on (if you want) but it doesnt even need it!

One of my favorite meals, happy I tried this one out a month or two ago, has become a staple alongside the buffalo chicken quesadillas. Incredibly filling, great macros, and an amazing taste. Highly recommended! The sauce sends the flavor over the edge in terms of deliciousness, as well.
