I can eat this EVERYDAY! I absolutely love this salmon bowl. I heat it in the skillet. I’ve found that it needs just a little water added to ensure the rice is cooked but it doesn’t change the flavor at all. I make sure I have at least 3-5 of these on every order.

I liked this more than I expected to! Salmon is my favorite protein, but there are several flavors in this meal that I wasn’t sure I would like in combination (I’m a picky eater and usually like things pretty plain). But this is definitely a meal I will be reordering, the flavor was great and the meal is satisfying. There’s a little heat to it, which I’m finding I really like in the meals I’m getting that have it. I hope this one stays on the menu!
