Sweepstakes Name

Eat Like a Falcon Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America and the District of Columbia (EXCLUDING the State of New York and the State of Florida) who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors, and immediate family or household members of MegaFit Meals (“Sponsor”), AMB Sports + Entertainment, the Atlanta Falcons Football Club, LLC (“Atlanta Falcons” or “Falcons”), the NFL Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, contractors, agencies and other entities associated with the development or administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes will begin on October 8th, 2026, and will run for four (4) weeks, ending on November 5th, 2026. All times will be Eastern Time.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible, except that any separate Weekly Gameday Giveaway entry window will close at the time stated in Section 5 below.

How to Enter

A. Free Online Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the MegaFit-hosted sweepstakes landing page URL and complete the online entry form with all required information. Entrants must submit the completed form in accordance with the instructions on the landing page. No purchase is necessary.

B. Purchase-Related Entry / Bonus Entry Mechanics

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible purchases made through MegaFit Meals will earn bonus entries based on the pack size purchased, as follows: 7-pack = 70 entries; 12-pack = 120 entries; 14-pack = 140 entries; 16-pack = 160 entries; 20-pack = 200 entries; 28-pack = 280 entries. Bonus entries will be automatically associated with the eligible purchaser based on the information provided at checkout.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. An equivalent free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) is available as described in these Official Rules.

C. Entry Limits

For the free base method of entry, one (1) base entry per person/email per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, mechanically reproduced, fraudulent, or non-conforming entries will not be accepted. Any attempt to obtain entries beyond the stated limit through multiple identities, email addresses, mobile numbers, accounts, or other methods may result in disqualification.

Grand Prize and Runner-Up Prize Package

A. Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following prize package tied to the Atlanta Falcons Week 15 home game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, November 15, 2026:

• Two (2) premium tickets to the Atlanta Falcons vs. Kansas City Chiefs home game on Sunday, November 15, 2026, from available Falcons inventory.
• Two (2) pregame/sideline passes or experiences, from available Falcons inventory.
• $250 in Atlanta Falcons Team Store credit, to be purchased directly by MegaFit Meals.
• MegaFit Meals for one (1) year: twenty-eight (28) meals per month, three hundred thirty-six (336) meals total, Signature Meals only; current estimated retail value $6,000+.
• $1,000 travel budget for hotel, flights, food, and related travel expenses.

B. Runner-Up Prize(s)

One (1) runner-up winner will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) Atlanta Falcons home game, purchased and fulfilled by MegaFit Meals, plus $250 in MegaFit Meals credit. Atlanta Falcons home game tickets will be to the Atlanta Falcons vs. Kansas City Chiefs on November 15, 2026.

Runner-Up Prize ARV: $710.00 USD

• MegaFit Meals gift card: $250
• Runner-Up Tickets: $460 ($230 per ticket)

Winner Selection and Notification

Potential winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing or Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Grand Prize / Runner-Up drawing date: November 6th, 2026.

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. A potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and complete any affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, tax form, or other prize-acceptance documentation required by Sponsor or the Falcons.

Winner response deadline: 72 hours after being notified.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and have no cash equivalent except where Sponsor, in its sole discretion, elects to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes and all costs and expenses not expressly stated as included in a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, transportation, parking, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, and other costs associated with attendance at the applicable game are not included.

Game dates and times are determined by the league and/or team and may change. Tickets and access are subject to all applicable ticket terms, stadium policies, security procedures, rules of conduct, and other requirements. Winners and guests must comply with all applicable Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Atlanta Falcons policies. Tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for an unauthorized commercial or promotional purpose.

The sideline experience is subject to availability, credentialing, security, scheduling, team and league rules, and any additional restrictions imposed by the Atlanta Falcons, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, or the NFL. Sponsor and the Falcons reserve the right to modify the experience if necessary for operational, safety, security, scheduling, or league reasons.

Once a prize is delivered electronically or otherwise made available to the winner, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, inaccessible, or incorrectly delivered prize materials resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the winner or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, reschedule, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, governmental action, or any other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged, misdirected, or undelivered entries; technical, network, hardware, software, communications, or transmission failures; inaccurate capture of entry information; unauthorized human intervention; or other errors or circumstances that may prevent or limit participation.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize may constitute permission for Sponsor and the Released Parties to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, image, biographical information, and statements relating to the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Post-entry offer: After entry confirmation, MegaFit Meals may present entrants with a 10% off first-order offer. The offer occurs after sweepstakes entry and is not required to enter or win.

Privacy and Marketing Communications

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise handled in accordance with MegaFit Meals’ privacy policy.

Any marketing email and/or SMS opt-in presented on the entry form should be separate from entry and not required to participate.
