When can I get my meals?

Our standard delivery days are Wednesday and Friday of each week (depending on where you are located).

For Wednesday delivery, please place your order by Saturday before 11:59pm CST.

For Friday delivery, please place your order by Tuesday before 11:59pm CST.

How are my meals shipped?

Our meals are made fresh to order, flash-frozen, and packaged on dry ice the same day we ship them.

We package our meals in an insulated cooler inside the box to ensure they stay cold during transit.

When it comes to eating healthy, variety is key to keeping yourself from getting bored and helping you stay on track. We don’t have a rotating menu, meaning we constantly offer 45+ meal options including breakfast and dessert. You will always find something to satisfy your cravings.

We recognize the importance of different diets and accommodating individual needs. Because of this, we offer clean, keto, vegan, gluten-free, and high-protein options. For those who compete, have strict dietary needs, or want total control over their macros, you can completely Customize your meals as well.

How do I heat my meals?

Our meals can be heated in the microwave, oven, or on the skillet.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

PRO-TIP: Allow your meals to naturally thaw in the refrigerator overnight before heating the next day.

MICROWAVE

1.    Peel back film cover.
2.    Remove any condiments.
3.    Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.
*Microwaves below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature.

SKILLET (Preferred)

1.    Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2.    Add your meal.
3.    Heat for about 5-7 minutes or until the desired temperature.
4.    Add condiments.

If you are in a hurry to defrost your meal, we recommend using your microwave’s defrost function for 7-10 minutes and then switch to the regular setting for another 1.5 minutes.
